Are you pregnant and feeling overwhelmed or tired? Or maybe you’re recovering after giving birth—or simply navigating life as a mom? Join us for a mini wellness retreat designed to pamper you with wellness and self-care treatments.

Relax, ask your questions, and share your concerns in a calm, supportive environment. All activities feature natural and handmade products to help you unwind and feel your best.

We also provide Private Retreats, Partner Retreats, and Small Group Sessions, focusing on Motherhood Self-Care & Recovery for every stage of motherhood.

The Pregnancy Lounge takes place on Wednesdays and Saturdays, by appointment only, in a calm and welcoming setting designed to help you relax and recharge.
